Eliminate Hydraulic Hose, Tube and Pipe Contamination

        Industry has grappled for years with the difficult problem of effectively cleaning the interior of all types of tubing and hose. Users have attempted to solve the problem with a variety of chemicals, as well as pressure-flushing and pull-through techniques. Hydraulic hose users often ignore the need for pre-installation cleansing and simply opt for total replacement. These expensive and time-consuming methods are marginally effective at best.

Compri Technic has designed and developed an exciting and inexpensive air-operated gun-like launcher that cleans hose, tubes, and piping in seconds. The launcher simply fires a soft projectile, 20% larger than the tube ID, into the pipe under pressure. The projectile strips out the internal contamination or residue as it travels through the tube, around bends, and through couplings. The launchers have interchangeable nozzles and the projectiles come in a variety of diameters to effectively handle all tube sizes from 2 to 110 mm.

The CE system eliminates rubber contamination, metal particles, contaminated oil, moisture that causes breakdowns and inefficiency. In heat exchangers and condensers, it eliminates contamination that reduces heat transfer while in steam boiler systems it removes most scaling in steam pipes for maintenance servicing. In air conditioning and refrigeration units, the system eliminates minute particles in copper tubes and coolant lines that affect system performance.
