FILM TAPE and SILICONE TAPE:

tape from Furon (CHR, T&F, and
Fluorglas brands), 3M Company,
Arlon (Levelwrap brand), and
others are stocked and slit to custom widths in our air-conditioned tape
manufacturing area.  Our slitting machines can cut roll widths as narrow
as .080", and maintain standard tolerances within +5 mils, with no
telescoping, and no adhesive edge smear!

Nott Company slits tape for electronic industry applications including:

  • plating
  • fume
  • area mask
  • gold finger protection
  • hot air leveling
  • coil winding
  • thermal and electric insulation
  • thermal and electric conductivity
  • harness assembly

Many combinations (backing thickness; adhesive type and thickness; etc)
of polyimide, Teflon, foil, polyester, silicone, fiberglass, polyolefin, and
self-adhering silicone tapes are maintained in our inventory, and immediate
turnaround for custom slit widths is available.  Urgent deliveries can even
be shipped within the same day!

OTHER MATERIALS:

Silicone presspads, blue pads, and blue "denim" pads are available in roll
form of cut to size.  Call us for more information on size, thickness, and
glass reinforcement options.  Several models of scrubbing and de-burring
brushes are stocked from JEK, and skived Teflon in 1, 2, or 3 mil thick
rolls are available in large quantities or sheeted upon request.
