The Rubber Fabrication Division is a comprehensive manufacturer and distributor of custom gasketing, sealing, insulating, and cushioning products made from flexible materials including silicone, open and closed-cell foam, rubber, sponge, textiles, films, plastics, tapes, and many others. Capabilities

With over 2 million dollars of flexible materials inventory and broad converting and fabricating skills, we can make just about any custom part you can imagine. We build prototype and large-run custom parts for OEM’s with capabilities that include die-cutting, waterjet cutting, slitting, contour cutting, laminating, skiving, vulcanizing, and also can provide molded and extruded parts from almost any dense or cellular elastomer.

In addition to our manufacturing and converting capabilities, we can provide services such as application engineering and material selection to assist in the design of your products. By assisting your purchasing and engineering departments, we can save you money by helping you to choose the right polymer/material for the application and ensure the ease of manufacturability of your custom part.
