Nott Company’s Rubber Fabrication Division is a manufacturer of custom parts made from flexible materials for gasketing, sealing, insulating, and cushioning applications. We help our customers design innovative custom parts with a variety of waterjet cutting capabilities.

Our waterjet machines are CNC based and enable us to cut very intricate parts out of virtually any material with tight tolerances that will have no deflection concavity on the walls of the part. Waterjets require few secondary operations, produce net-shaped parts with no heat-affected zone, heat distortion, or mechanical stresses caused by other cutting methods and can provide better usage of raw material since parts can be tightly nested. Our waterjets include very large bed and small bed machines with multiple heads that enable us to manufacture your parts in the most efficient manner possible.
