Nott Company, one of Minnesota’s oldest and most respected businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Van-Tech Corporation. We are pleased to have them become part of the Nott network. Van-Tech is a Parker Mobile Hydraulic Distributor servicing Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota and western Wisconsin.
Nott Company, founded in 1879, is a leading industrial distributor of Industrial power transmission, fluid power and rubber fabrication products with locations in Minnesota, Iowa and Illinois. Nott Company also offers design/assembly capabilities in all 3 divisions to better service our customers.
Integrating these two businesses brings a tremendous amount of product knowledge as well as the additional strength and resources of Nott Company to our valued customers. Van-Tech becomes Nott Company effective January 2, 2020.
